There’s good news & bad news this time!
GOOD NEWS: it has arrived! :))
BAD NEWS: ELF screwed up our orders! :((
You’ll be receiving an email regarding your OOS items first, and then do select from there if you want to exchange it with another item. BECAUSE they screwed up by giving us loads of other items. HAI.
Will email those with OOS first, then email the rest with the 2nd payment :)

Hey girls!!
yes there’s MAJOR SCREW UP with BiGi #3!! :( i’m rather pissed now…
apparently there’s supposed to be 3 packages for all our orders.. but BiGi actually forgot about the 3rd package!
And so they just emailed us regarding the 3rd package and should be mailing it out very soon! so for the 3rd package i’ve opted for air mail which is supposed to be very fast! (1-2 weeks) will let u girls know once the final package arrives!
And we apologise on BiGi’s behalf for this MAJOR SCREW UP! :(

Bigi has recently just emailed us the tracking number for the parcel. apparently, they have just posted them out only.
one good news is that they posted with freight shipping. hopefully it will reach singapore with a few weeks or so.
one bad news is that those who are hoping to reach the items as a christmas pressie would have to be let down, and prepare new alternative gifts for now.
we apologise for this late notice. however, we have just been informed as well. we beg your understanding & thank you for your kind patience until now.
